2016 The Ph.D. Malbec
The 2016 Ph.D. Malbec is new to our Higher Education series and is composed of 95% Napa Valley Malbec, 3% Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon and 2% Napa Valley Merlot. This wine offers bright and inviting aromas of violet, lilacs, white pepper and preserved black cherries. Full bodied and laden with ripe fruits, savory roasted meats and floral touches, it is full bodied with supple tannins and great freshness.
